Our special OYSTER TASTING MENU is for you lovers of Oysters on the Half Shell. Every day we feature a great selection of raw oysters from different growing areas of the Pacific Northwest, Canada and other interesting locales. Recent examples are Kumamoto from our local Samish Bay; Sinku from Sykes Island, Canada; Samish Bay Pacific from our local Samish Bay and Penn Cove Selects from Whidbey Island, Washington. We also offer two wines by the glass that are a great match for raw oysters; a Muscadet from France and a Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand.
